Procedure:
1.1 Buyer issues ICPO with acceptance letter to Seller
1.2 Seller issues draft contract to the buyer which the buyer will officially sign and send back with the below documents:
Buyer’s banking details.
Copy of Buyer International Passport
Buyer’s Corporate License
1.3 Seller & Buyer sign and seal the contract with both parties official attorney’s stamp’s on each page of the contract.
1.4 Buyer presents its import permit / Certificate, Buyer also provides
documentary details of its storage booking and Discharge port, after
confirmation of the documents it be forwarded to the seller’s Attorney
for verification via E-mail.
1.5 Seller issue the below documents to buyer:
1. Passport of the product
2. Dip test passport
3. Certificate of origin
4. Company license
5. Tank storage receipt
6. Certificate of conformity
7. Refinery commitment to supply
8. Refinery statement of availability of product
1.6 Upon confirmation of the above documents the Buyer’s Bank will
send by swift (SBLC) MT760 irrevocable transferable to Seller’s
Bank nominated account (Fiduciary Consultant Partner) with a copy
to the Seller’s Attorney for final verification.
1.6A. within 72 hours of receiving Sblc mt760 from Buyers bank, Seller
issues 1.5% performance Bond to Buyer via swift.
1.7 After Seller receives Buyer’s scanned copy of (SBLC) 760BG, Seller
will immediately issue full POP documents to Buyer’s bank for
confirmation via swift bank to bank as listed below:
Copy of the charter party agreement to transport the product to
discharge port
Copy of shipping schedule document
Registered Contract
Notice of Vessel
Copy of port storage agreement
SGS report for quality and quantity
Refinery commitment to supply
Tax Registration Certificate
Dip Test Authorization with a 5days Validation
Tile Transfer
