PRICE : US$740 per MT,CIF ASWP
PAYMENT: SPOT + 1 YEAR CONTRACT
SPOT: PAY BY MT-103/23 BLCOK FUND WITH MT-103 OR ESCROW.
1YEAR CONTRACT: Trans or non-Trans RDLC/SBLC/BG/MT103-23, Buyer will pay within
3(three) working days after CIQ at discharge port.
LOADING PORT: Novorossiysk or Vladivostok port
DELIVERY: 20-35days
CONTRACT: SPOT + 12month with R/E
P.BOND: Seller issues 2%
INSPECTION: Quality and Quantity by SGS / Saybolt or Equivalent.
SPOT immediate liftable FOB NOVO/VLAD + Year Contract with R/E: D2

PROCEDURE (for 1SPOT + Year contract on a SPA)

1. Buyer send ICPO including Bank detail with soft probe.
- if Buyer choose the Payment MT103-23 instead of Title Transfer Charge, Buyer must send a
Confirmation Letter of MT103-23 his bank endorsed with contact details for Seller to confirm
with buyer’s issuing bank, which buyer’s bank confirm and ready to issue MT103-23 for this
transaction,

2. Seller sends draft contract open for amendments and NCNDA-IMFPA to Buyer.

3. Buyer and Seller signs and seals contract and NCNDA-MFPA to confirm with electronic
signature. Contracts are to be lodged into both Buyer's and Seller's banks.

4. Seller sends to Buyer via Fax or Email documents for the immediately liftable first lot of the
goods at the loading port as follows:
a) Tank Receipt(s)
b) Saybolt Report
c) Commercial Invoice

5, After verification of above 3 POP documents, deducted from the lift able Buyer issue MT103-
23 in 48 hrs for Liftable quantity and the change of title owner ship from our company
ownership to buyer company ownership, send the Swift copy to Seller in 24hrs after issued (or
Buyer pay USDXXX,000 in 48 hrs for the change of Title owner ship from our company
ownership to buyer company ownership and send the Slip to Seller in 24hrs after transferred to
Seller’s nominated bank, which shall also be deducted from the lift able quantity)
If buyer failed to issue MT103 -23 in 48 hrs, Buyer MUST pay Title Transfer Charge to Seller’s
nominated bank unconditionally in 24hrs after failed in 48 hrs

6. Upon the Confirmation of MT103-23(upon Confirmation of USDXXX,000 paid) Seller issue
SGS Report and Dip Test Authorization letter as Title holder to buyer to do dip text
product in seller tank farm in Novorossiysk/Vladivostok port

7. Seller’s Bank will upon the change of title transfer swift the full proof of product documents
(POP) to the Buyer’s Bank including the Title Ownership Certificate.

8. Buyer’s Bank release payment value of the lift able Quantity to the Seller’s Bank.

9. Seller will within 72 hours of receiving Payment from the Buyer, out-pay the intermediaries
involved
After 1SPOT transaction completed successfully, start below Procedure for
Year contract,-

PROCEDURES(for Year Contract Procedure)

1. Buyer’s bank issue to seller’s bank an Irrevocable, trans or non-transferable DLC
RDLC/SBLC) BG/ MT103-23 in 3banking days after received POP documents

2. Seller’s bank issues 2%PB to Buyer’s bank via swift to activate Payment within 24-48hours
after receiving buyers Payment instrument.

3. The SGS inspection will be borne by Seller

4. Seller releases payment to all Broker/Agents after delivery of cargo and
receipt of all relevant Shipping documents

WARNING:
Buyer MUST not submit ICPO/LOI to the Seller nor sign on this
Acceptance Letter of Procedure, if not confidence 100%of full
Performance with full fund, so that the contract not to be
breached by buyer’s Non-Performance

SELLER’S PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues an ICPO, LOI, and BCL with right to soft probe, alongside with the NCNDA-MFPA for all parties involved.

2. Seller countersign and verify all Documentation before issuing the FULL CORPORATE OFFER.

3. Buyer signs and returns FULL CORPORATE OFFER.

4. Seller issues draft contract initials on every page; signs and seals and it to the Buyer for Buyer's signature and seal (with amendments if any).

5. Buyer counters sign and seals the draft contract and sends via email to seller.

6. Seller sends copies of the following:
a. partial proof of products to the Buyer:

• Tank Receipt
• Product Passport

(Dip Test Result) Quality and Quantity

• Certificate of Product Origin

Commitment to Supply

Statement of Product Availability

Commercial invoice

7. After buyer received partial pop should open MT760 for seller.

8. After seller give MT760 should send full pop and DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION to the buyer.

9. After buyer do DIP test, buyer should pay all money to seller.

10. After seller received money, buyer should unload the commodity.

О Господи, когда же закончится эта ху..а. Чудо экспортеры. Продавать на 400 мл в месяц и не знать где найти мазут.

Прошу скинуть Вашу заявку, объёмы есть.

Господа, могу предложить перевалку и хранение мазута. Поставки как по России, так и за рубеж.

Объём есть на Ванино в количестве 100000 тонн мазута М 100, рядом с Владивостоком, можно его в Китай. Цена 640 дол.
